Welcome to the MHRA “Calendar of Events” submission site. This year our procedure is the same as last year. Each club/organization rep may print out the forms then mail them in. For a copy of the forms, left click on “GET FORMS” below.
For EACH event, please print and fill out a form, (only one event on each form), NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you do not have an event this year, simply write “No event this year“. However it is necessary to complete the “Mailing Address” portion to get your calendars and be on next year’s mailing list.
When you have completed the forms(s), please mail, immediately, to the address listed at the bottom of the sheet.
No event will be accepted after the March 8th meeting.
As in years past, we will have a Calendar of Events review meeting on Saturday, March 8th, at 2:30 pm. The meeting will take place on the second level at COBO Center, during AUTORAMA.
Take the escalator to the second level. The meeting room will be 02-43.
